Think 1.0: Fullscreen Mode For All

We’ve seen a number of apps with fullscreen compatibility popup lately, such as Writeroom and Scrivener, but why limit this fullscreen mode to the apps that have it built-in? Introducing Think, from Freeverse.

Think lets you add fullscreen modes to almost any app. It simply allows you to focus on one window by putting a giant backdrop behind it, leaving all the other windows behind. So if you’re one of those people who doesn’t like being distracted by other apps, Think is definitely for you.

Think is a free download from FreeVerse Software.

The only app I would really use this for is Photoshop, but photoshop already has this feature. Might try it for word processing tho… (Usually get distracted doing school work.)

I’ll be downloading this app once I get my Mac back. It’s something I can actually use. :)

    Meh.

    - Runs in the dock.
    - Spirited Away is similar, but runs in the menubar.
    - Also, check out Mega Zoomer, a SIMBL plug-in.

Now that I think of it, the app, Doodim, pretty much does the same thing without running in the dock.

I think a simple option-command click of the icon in the dock works a hell of a lot better.
