Now super duper wants me to format the external hd. THAT SUCKS ASS. I've been a superduper user for a number of years and it has saved me from disaster 2 times. Superduper can also saves your backup as a sparse image if you want to save disk space{but you cant use apple's disk utility to restore in case something goes south booting your mac}. highly recommended. i second Andre on this one.
