Apple releases iTunes 7.1.1
Apple has just released an update for its iTunes multimedia jukebox on March 16, 2007 for both Mac and Windows. The new version 7.1.1 addressed stability issues as well compatibility problems on 7.1. Hopefully this update will fix some of the corruption setbacks some users experienced. Go and fetch the free 28MB update and make sure you are running Mac OS X 10.3.9 or later.

Hi, just wanted to pass on some detail regarding this udpdate. I use a number of Macs at home and one Windows PC, this is a touchscreen PC that I use to stream music from a Mac G5 server to my airport express. During the last update to iTunes I lost the ability to see the airport express from within iTunes! This latest update has now fixed that problem and I’m able to see the airport express again from iTunes.

The folks over at Tapbots have released an update to their Twitter client for the iPhone and iPod touch. http://www.itube-stream.de.tl This update adds a couple of useful features. One of these features gives you the ability to add sleep time for its push notifications. This allows you to set a block of time to turn off notifications from Twitter so that you can sleep easy and uninterrupted. Another useful feature is the ability to only receive notifications from people that you follow.
