The folks over at Tapbots have released an update to their Twitter client for the iPhone and iPod touch. http://www.itube-stream.de.tl This update adds a couple of useful features. One of these features gives you the ability to add sleep time for its push notifications. This allows you to set a block of time to turn off notifications from Twitter so that you can sleep easy and uninterrupted. Another useful feature is the ability to only receive notifications from people that you follow. Thirdly, have you ever reported a spammer or blocked someone and had to live with the fact that their tweets were still polluting your timeline? http://www.anysim.net Well fret no mo because once you block or spam someone with this new update, their tweets will be automatically removed.

The iPad has been presented this week and alongside its introduction, iOS 4.3 made its appearance and will be shipped with the new iPad. Apple also announced that the iOS 4.3 software update will be available on the same day the new iPad will be on Apple Store tables and shelves: March 11. As you may know, iOS 4.3 will present a number of new features such as iTunes Home Sharing and possibly the most anticipated feature, the Personal Hotspot.

Did you really tested the new Transmit 4.0? It's really really cool! People of Flow has to do very very well in the future because with the new version of Transmit, enabled this same week, Panic has made a big step to be the best client FTP for Mac. Really, you must be tested Transmit 4.0.

Ah! This is not spam, I am a user of Transmit, Flow and Cyberduck but, from now on, I will use Transmit. No doubt.

Best.

I have the same experience with Flow. It seems to have problems with big folders and files, and simply stops. There is no pause and resume function either. This is a big deal-breaker for me ... however, I really like their interface and if they can iron out the shortcomings I'll give it another try.

I really like this app, i like the visual interface but I can't believe it, when I upload a big file and I stop this upload without finish, when I return to upload the rest of file, doesn't appears "resume", only skip or replace. Aghhhh. It's a big big bug from Flow!!!!! Cyberduck and Transmit works well. Any solution? Thanks!

Transmit killer? Unless I am missing it from the menu and the wiki support section of Flow... It doesn't let you import bookmarks from any other FTP programs... that alone is kind of a turn-off.

I think Forklift has the fastest FTP/SFTP engine at the moment, When transfering lot of small files it is about 10X transfer than Transmit, that makes difference. The live preview is awesome, it shows the thumbnails of pictures on the server in the listview as they were local files.

I've tried a lot of FTP clients including the free cyberduck and one button ftp, but I really liked Transmit and Yummy FTP the best. I love being able to edit right on the server without downloading, editing and then uploading. Ive seen the screencasts though and flow looks good.

@ Phil Bridges

The screenshot you see is of the Transfers View. Flow automatically switched between the transfers and remoteview if you have it set to do so in the preferences. Watch the screencast to get a better feel for that..
