Frenzic 1.1 Released: Prepare To Be Even More Addicted
Posted by Kiro on 03/23/07 in Applications, Games
The iconfactory and ARTIS Software have released an update to their very addicting game; Frenzic. In case you don’t know, Frenzic involves putting colored pie pieces together. What you do is try to make a pie all one color. If you purchase a subscription or life time package, you get a profile and the ability to submit your scores online. The update improves performance for older Macs as well as an “in-game” notification system for important events while you are playing. One great enhancement is the additional “skip this piece” key which is set to “w” or “0-zero”. This allows you to skip the piece you have if you’re in a tough situation. Were you ever in a situation where you had a huge score but you accidentally quit Frenzic? Well, a confirmation box has been added to prevent this problem.
The update is available now for you to download here. If you have not tried Frenzic I recommend you do, if you don’t mind zoning out and being addicted to a game for hours on end, I know we have a few people here that are like that *nudge* Michael *nudge*. You can grab Frenzic here.
*Editor Update: The friendly developers of Frenzic saw our review and have generously donated a couple of licenses to the lucky people who can answer this question:
Q: 15″ Mac Book Pro OR 24″ iMac?
