Visor does support tabbed terminals. Just press Apple + T for new tab.

Is it possible to get Terminal to be the active program when Visor’s hotkey is pressed?

Now when I press the hotkey, Visor does come up but if I want to write something to the terminal window first I’ll have to select Terminal to be the active program.

Visor uses the same settings as Terminal.app. So just set your Terminal’s default background to a transparent one. Rad, eh!?

I love it, but I don’t like the fact that I have to keep Terminal open all the time to use it. I wish Visor could launch Terminal when it’s invoked.
