I like the presets. Before I was always confused about the proper bitrate, but now I can just click and everything's set for me. I also like the chapter stops. Very handy for movies. I'll have to play around with it a bit more to find a good, friendly bitrate to balance quality with space savings (a test encode of a single 22 minute episode of Samurai Jack weighs 400mb using the HB-AppleTV preset-ouch!) but it looks good so far.
