Will It Blend? YES!

It was only a matter of time before BlendTec tested out their blender on an iPhone. Here’s the result:

I want to see them blend a blender in their blender.

Why do I feel as though this concept has been done to death?

That made me feel sick - I’d love to have an iPhone, but don’t have the money for one, but some people destroy a perfectly good one…for what?

Apart from the fact that it’s pretty silly (I do enjoy this guy blending stuff, just not $500 gadgets!), how in the world is this related to Mac apps?

@Samuel Clarke - So they can sell blenders. I really want one of these blenders. $400. Yow.

@Matt Killeen - Because you do not see the awesomeness that is “Will it blend?” :-)

@ Jordan Golson - Hey I agree, it is kinda funny - in a sick way if you’re an Apple fan.

My point above is that today we waste so much, and when you think that so many people on this earth live on less than what it costs for an iPhone in a year…and struggle to survive. And us people in first world countries think up new ways to waste money because we have too much of it.

Now this isn’t a rant at anyone, I for one am often guilty of being wasteful. And on a side note if I rearranged my budget I could get an iPhone. And as a designer I also get your point that it’s cheep advertising…but still…it chills my mac blood!

you are mad about money being wasting and directing your anger at this guy?

Ever heard of marketing, advertising, etc…

This guy is making money by blending an iphone and the money wasted pales in comparision to what ever company wastes on a daily basis by printing out emails, throwing away paper etc…

I understand the frustration of money wasted but i think you are directing it at the wrong place.

It sure took a lot of abuse before it finally failed, and there was still something left over at the end that wasn’t powder.
