Darn! Just signed on with Picasa because a List to which I subscribe recommended it for Macintosh users.

With it supported Picasa.

I use my ImageShack widget. It's just drag-and-drop-and-paste, and it's a handy alternative to the PhotoBucket website.

(I don't mean the Image Upload widget; the two upload images, but only the official ImageShack one works with an account and provides URL formats.)

@Bruce: Flickr is easy to navigate, but some of my family are very un-tech-savvy. They have finally mastered Facebook, and I think that if I tried to introduce them to Flickr, they might be confused. Maybe in the future I will begin to ween them. Baby steps :)

Yeah thats interesting... For me I find facebook far more cumbersome to use than flickr especially for say umm photos... especially since if all you family isn't on facebook they won't be able to see the pics, flickr however is public, so a link to tthe family member ad they are off and looking at the photos.

However the uploader app is cool, which I guess is the point.

I wasn't aware the Flickr was tremendously difficult to use. If I wanted non-tech-savvy folks to see my pix, I'd just create a group and point people at the flash slideshow. But that's me. :)

For those of you who just use Facebook and Flickr, there's a Facebook app (which my company developed, cough, cough) called ZuPort Flickr, which automatically synchronizes your Flickr photos with your Facebook account. Get it here: http://www.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=2893465429&b

Glad you like PictureSync! Couple of things you might not have discovered…

—After uploading if you click the globe icon in the drawer you can copy the URLs for images, without for example opening the Photobucket site (albeit not all codes are given, happy to add more though).
—You could use keywords and rules to specify which images go to which of your accounts automatically if they're all enabled (with the 'skip upload' action and criterion for the account name(s) and corresponding keyword).
