Otherwise there is always the chance that your wordpress (or whatever) database could crash, become corrupted etc. To me it just seems more of a robust solution. It does exactly what it is supposed to do without any of the unnecessary extras. I love Journler but I don't need all it's fancy features. So my hand is up. I keep a diary. Mémoires is a great piece of software. This is the only Mac journal for me.
