It's a beautifully simple app that does what you need it to and doesn't get in the way. I've used every gtd app for os x and I saw this app and pestered the devs ( who are quite responsive and seem to be really great guys) enough to get a copy. Apparently they are in the process of mailing out invites for the beta now and said they will be done by the end of the year. I've been using iGTD for months and it just became WAY too complicated to use. I still have to work on it a bit more but the software works pretty seemlessly, looks great and has almost no learning curve.
