love your list, here’s my other three:

SimpleMovieX (not free, but blows away QT Pro)
AppZapper (also not free, but love the simplicity for removing apps)
SolitaireXL (free, and should be preinstalled for windows converts – like solitaire on visual 3d steroids…just floats above the screen)

I’m absolutely with you guys on Coda. It’s a brilliant app. Another great one for mac developers is On The Job(client billing software) from Stunt Software. Quicksilver is a tool I just can’t live without, when I did a clean install of Leopard, I hit the key combo more times then a care to mention before I got to reinstall it. Use it all the time.
