I use iChat all the time. Much prefer it to any of the other chat clients (MSN, etc), especially because of the integration with Address Book, good quality video, readability, etc.

Does anyone actually use iChat? I don't know ANY Mac users that use iChat. Whatever it's features may be, you still can't use it to chat with people on today's major messaging systems (YM, MSN, and to a lesser extent GT).

It's a classically stupid design. It might as well be a Ferrari loaded with every option... except wheels.

Mac users are as handicapped when it comes to Chat as they are when it comes to games. Sure, you can use Adium, but good luck with the audio/video.
