Its main goal is not to metatag but to add videos to iTunes, but while doing that, it fills in the metadata. BTW that fixtunes advert on this page says it 'automafically fix your misspelled and incorrect song details' , shouldnt that be automatically ;) it doesnt inspire confidence.
