djay Giveaway Winners
Back towards the end of March, I reviewed djay v2.1. That review also included a 3 license giveaway, to anyone who commented with a feature that they would like to see in future versions of djay. The 3 winners have been chosen, and their licenses should be on the way to their mailboxes now.
The winners were:
Ben who suggested djay should be able to accept Audio Units as plug-ins.
Michael who suggested that djay be able to play music from a folder, instead of just your iTunes songs.
Dean who suggested being able to use two finger scrolling on the trackpad to “scratch.â€

As it would turn out, djay CAN use Audio Units fx, but they just don’t appear in the FX section of the interface.

I’m really looking forward to the developer implementing some of the feature requests – many of them would be really useful and would make djay the best application for this purpose at a very reasonable price.
@ben Damn and you know I have actually used Audio Units and djay before? Totally slipped my mind :/Well, I suppose you aren’t complaining.
Midi would be EXTREMELY useful. If I could sync it up to my Axiom 49 to trgger effects, switch fader, scratch etc. etc. that would be nice.

This app is awesome, and am loving the unlocked features now!
