I just reinstalled Mac OS X Leopard and I lost the ability to open the folders when I am dragging an item over it.

Any thoughts on how to get that back?

Pierre, cmd-Z (undo) always works for me - the files will go back to where they initially were.

I realized I almost never drag and drop anymore unless both Finder windows are already open or just a click away. If the file is buried within subfolders, I just use Quicksilver. highlight all the files you want to move, load them into the first pane, tab, type "move", tab, type the first few letters of the folder name you want to move everything to. done. sounds complicated; it's not.

Lets say that you drag the files to the wrong folder is there a way to go back to the previous folder? I have not figured this one out yet.

Thanks!
