I've been using JayBird itouch bluetooth headphones for a while and lovet them. I have an Iphone also. Before that I had used a Palm Trio and they worked great. I found the JayBird is the best for work outs cause they stay on so well. They're also a good small size which I like.

It's new music via the radio that I find I miss the most being in my iPhone/iPod bubble. It seems like I have to work twice as hard with podcasts and whatnot to keep up with what's coming out since I don't have easy access to radio any more.
