Apple Nearly Reaches 1 Billion Downloaded Apps

Today, Apple has posted a count up clock showing their latest achievement of almost reaching 1 Billion apps downloaded from their iTunes Store.  Just like their contest for downloading 1 Billion songs from the music store, Apple is also holding a contest for their 1 Billion apps.  Download an app, and you are automatically entered to win a whopping $10,000 iTunes Gift Card, an iPod touch, a Time Capsule, and a MacBook Pro.

The rules are simple, you can only enter 25 times per day and you must be thirteen years of age or older.  So what are you waiting for?  Start downloading those apps!
