iOS 4.3 To Be Released On Feb 13?

There has been a series of rumors that have indicated that Apple is on the verge to release the new iOS 4.3 software by the 13th of February. On that same note, Cupertino might be looking at that same date or one in the near future to introduce the next generation iPad before an early April release, much like last year. Daring Fireball’s John Gruber explains how he sees it playing out based on the recent events.

“The Daily requires a subscription – either $1 per week, or $40 per year. They’re using a new in-app subscription payment system from Apple for this – but these in-app subscription APIs aren’t in iOS 4.2. So The Daily launched today, free for a limited time. They announced at the event that this initial free two-week period was brought to us by: Verizon.”

Coinciding with this theory was another one that was made by David Pogue. In his review of the iPhone 4 on the Verizon network, he stated that AT&T was set to get mobile hotspot networking. AT&T has announced on that same that they will be increasing data caps on tethering plans.

“The single new feature in Verizon’s iPhone is Personal Hotspot, where the iPhone becomes a Wi-Fi base station. Up to five laptops, iPod Touches or other gadgets can get online, using the phone as a glorified Internet antenna.

That’s incredibly convenient. Many other app phones have it – AT&T’s iPhone gets it on Feb. 13 – but Apple’s execution is especially nice.”

However, this was from the initial review of the Verizon iPhone 4. Pogue has altered the wording to say that AT&T will be getting the feature “soon”

MacNotes.de states that Apple will be holding a special event next week where the iPad 2 will be revealed and demoed. iOS 4.3 is also speculated by them to be released at this event.

Ok, so I have been with a debt settlement company for about 9 months now. Now I am concerned that it may be better to get out and try to do it on my own. I am not asking for legal advice, bu t just checking to see if anyone has been in my situation and has some person to person advice for me. I have already paid 750 in fees and they charge me about 80 a month in fees as well.. Not sure what to do as I feel like I am still sinking in debt.

WSJ states that users will now be able to access content on their iTunes without having to tether their devices to the computer. Files from the users database will be delivered wirelessly to the user’s device. At the “All Things D8” conference, Steve Jobs sat down with Walt Mossberg and Kara Swisher and explained that Apple is looking towards moving towards the Cloud. In typical Apple fashion, SJ didn’t give an exact date or time period in which Apple will be introducing Cloud computing in their mobile platform. As far as music goes, Cupertino has seriously been looking into applying the Cloud to that content, however, its been said that some sticky licensing issues to the content has been the hold up for the feature making it to market.
