Valve Teases New Software With Image Leaks
Valve Software, makers of Steam, has leaked out some new images via email that our friends over at MacRumors have received. The emails containing the images are said to be from Valve co-founder Gabe Newell. Accompanying the images is information that gives very little detail about what’s next to come for the software. Alongside MacRumors, Macworld also received images that are said to be contained in the email.
Valve released teaser images for their software when the company announced that they we making their software available on the Mac. We don’t know what to make of these images, but MacRumors made a interesting observation stating that the images could possibly be a teaser for the Portal Alternative Reality Game, likely promoting their Portal 2 launch. The original Portal received high marks from critics, including it’s use of physics based puzzles which involved players manipulating two different portal entrances. Portal 2 should be on it’s way to Xbox, Playstation 3, Mac, and PC on April 19.
