Google Updates Maps Web App
Google has recently updated their web interface to their Map’s service viewable on mobile browsers such as mobile Safari. The update includes the ability to view your current location, give suggestions when entering locations, clickable icons, directions for when you are driving, walking, biking, and taking a transit system, the ability to view satellite, traffic, and other views as well as much more. Sounds like the built in iPhone Maps app! Well, now you can do all of these things straight through Safari via maps.google.com. Enjoy!

The folks over at Tapbots have released an update to their Twitter client for the iPhone and iPod touch. http://www.itube-stream.de.tl This update adds a couple of useful features. One of these features gives you the ability to add sleep time for its push notifications. This allows you to set a block of time to turn off notifications from Twitter so that you can sleep easy and uninterrupted. Another useful feature is the ability to only receive notifications people that you follow.
