We have our winners! To recap though, we had a contest to win a license of HoudahSpot, the app by Houdah Software that helps you find files better. “Your mom told you: Clean up, if you ever want to find your stuff again. Well, she didn’t know HoudahSpot!” is the tagline for HoudahSpot, by Houdah Software, the creators of HoudahGEO. But the tagline falls short of describing the true power of this application. There is so much in this little app (weighing in at 8MB) that it was hard to write a review over everything; I still don’t know if I’ve used everything that this app has to offer.

Easter will soon be upon us and Pierre at Houdah Software is ready for the egg hunt! Houdah Software has teamed up with other Mac vendors and is putting on an Easter mEgg Hunt.

What is an Easter mEgg Hunt? According to the website, the “Easter mEgg Hunt is your chance to learn about wonderful Mac software and earn great discounts.” Houdah provides you with a basket and sends you on your merry way across the internets to find eggs on Mac software vendors’ sites. Once you find an egg, click on it and you will be awarded with a 20% off coupon. But don’t stop with one egg, there are more eggs hidden all over the site with more discounts!

HoudahGEO is a picture geo-coding app that lets you upload manually (and automatically) geo-coded pictures to either Googe Earth or Flickr for viewing on maps.

About a week ago, we reviewed the new gem-matching, strategizing game, Galder. Turns out, the guys from Fastforward Software have been kind enough to part with five licenses for our readers!
