There are thousands and thousands of music videos, TV Shows, and home videos just waiting to be watched on YouTube. However, it can be difficult to rip videos into a format viewable on your devices. You could download the videos using a site like DUBAyou and then use a converter, but this method takes a lot of time and effort. A more elegant solution is TubeSock. For $15.00, you get an app that can download and encode a video from YouTube straight into iTunes in an iPod-ready format.
