Do you have Block Pop-Up Windows enabled? I don't get those at all.

Quick tip - You don't need to use Grab - just do Command-Shift-3 and it automatically takes a screenshot, or better yet, do Command-Shift-4, press the space bar, and it allows you to select any window!
