Maybe consolidate the number of threads? Just an idea. Another board I frequent did it and the result was wonderful. Makes things alot easier.

By making fewer forums, it will cut down on unnecessary navigation.

For example, you could combine the announcments and news with the rumors. One is closely related to the other, so if you have it all in one spot, users wont have to go to one forum for one thing and then go back to the menu and go into another forum.

Just seems more productive. Most people want to go to one place and see a lot of information they are looking for in one place.

Just a thought.

I agree, there is too many sub categories and they all only have like 1 or 2 topics, it makes more sense to have less categories.

Hate to beat a dead horse, but this board is struggling and the number of forums is directly related. You gotta shrink this down to one big message board or theres never gonna be decent traffic.
