Alright I am neophyte working with vidoe on a Mac but I am quite capable with Sony Vegas on a PC. My Sony HD cam saved video as a VOB file. In Windows I was forced to buy a small utility to handle the conversion process.
Anyone know of any lightweight tools to handle video conversion in OS X? Or better yet does anyone know what has to be done with Final Cut Pro to support VOBs?

I thought Final Cut pro supported vobs as it has the MPEG-2 Playback Component for quicktime with it.?

AFAIK, and I did some googling (http://www.google.co.th/search?hl=en&q=%22final+cut+pro%22+import+VOB+support&meta=), it doesn't 'right out of the box'. I could be wrong.
Anyways I found this posted at MacSlash (http://macslash.org/article.pl?sid=04/04/27/120224), which will work for my purposes:
Grab Quicktime Pro, and use it to transcode the VOB file into a uncompressed QT file, for use in iMovie. You'll need to purchase the MPEG2 decoder for Quicktime, but that's like only 50 bucks for both Pro and the MPEG2. You can probably find a free solution with ffmpegX, but I've had problems getting it to work, and the interface isn't as easy as quicktime.

Final cut will do the job just get the users manual out and dust it down

When he summons the elemental ffxi gil (http://www.ugamegold.com/c_Cheap-FFXI-GIL/) you are already in his face with COS and he has to ice block or die. Against mages that can blink before you evis him, just sap first then CS evis, it is ffxi gil (http://www.ugamegold.com/c_Cheap-FFXI-GIL/) guaranteed because CS itself does not break sap and he can not blink until he eats evis. What used to when they say that it will take time ffxi gil (http://www.ugamegold.com/c_Cheap-FFXI-GIL/) for the system to fully adjust and become stable) is that this currently has a very negative affect on any teams with high PR or TR simply because, like I mentioned above, your point gain/losses is based on your HR and it will naturally pull your ffxi gil (http://www.ugamegold.com/c_Cheap-FFXI-GIL/) towards it to get more to be an impossible fight is now trivial.
