I did the 10.4.10 update and suddenly airport connections to previously working networks are not resumed after the system hits sleep. A log out fixes it. Verified that the PW for the connection is correct (otherwise you wouldn't be reading this).

Anyone else seeing this?

I'm still running 10.4.9, but from what I've heard, people are experiencing issues with the audio subsystem; apparently there are random pops and snaps.

I try not to perform an upgrade for the first week or so, just to see if there are problems and what not.

I'm getting the pops... o well, hopefully a fix soon... if not... Leopards not too far off!

no audio issues yet. I will do a bit more audio work today though.

If anyone does experiance the dropped wireless the two TEMPORARY fixes I have found are
1) Turn airport off, then on.
2) Log out then back in.

Both of these seem to get it until the next sleep.

no audio problems at all today. network issues seems to be fixed as well.

I think the fix for this turned out to be deleting the networks and rebuilding them. I say I think, because I can not verify this. All I know is that I can now recover from sleeps.

Anyone have any ideas on how I shoudl go about verifying? Or stated another way, does anyone know how I can uninstall the 10.4.10 and get back to 10.4.9 so i can trouble shoot?

AAAARRRRRRGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!

24 hours later and the problem is back. Tried the same fix and no luck. All logging shows "bad password" yet the server indicates that the PW is good and accepted. Back to square one.

Any ideas anyone?
