I downloaded SKIM at the recommendation of a friend and the ratings I found on the internet, however, I am unable to select or mark-up (highlight) text. Anyone able to assist?

Yeah it is a brilliant tool (replaced preview as my default PDF viewer) but I agree that the highlight and underline tools need to be improved. I've seen others mention this as well and think it has to do with the way it renders PDFs.
