can anyone suggest an app that can convert from avi TO wmv?

I personally use VisualHub for all my video conversion. It costs about $23 but it's completely worth it. It will convert from just about any format to just about any format. I used it to convert all my DVD rips from .avi to .mp4's for my iPod.

The only thing I've found a little buggy is the Xgrid support. The cool part is when it works I run my conversions late at night after everyone's left the building and cal pull together about 200 Ghz of processing power from all the machines. This is the only application I've found out there that truly utilizes Xgrid.
