Fiiinally got this done today. First a huge thanks to Marvin Sum without who's diligent help and brilliance, this would have taken much longer. Some of the changes changes:
We now have featured articles which stay at the top of the blog until they are replaced by another feature. Stuff like interviews, in-depth articles, opinion, and giveaways pieces.
We pulled gravatars (except on the staff page) as people didn't seem too keen on using them. now that Wordpress has aquired Gravatar maybe that will change.
There is a few new ways to access our best content, including showing the most commented on recent posts over the last 30 days in the sidebar.
A killer new staff page showing the top published MacApper authors, bios, images and Mac setups. Thanks Marv!
A somewhat cheesy but usable Archives page.
Proper Mac fonts and spacing! No more lame justified unwrappable text.
Trackbacks are finally separated from comments on single page entries.
Anyways I hope this new theme shows a bit of an improvement over what we had before. Next to do is to retheme and reorder these forums. We will also likely be tinkering with the blog and adding some new stuff in the coming days/weeks. Please let us know if you spot issues.
