If you have, let me just say that we make nightly backups on the server. If Malcor strikes, none of your writing will be lost. We've also secured Wordpress, so we'll see how things go.

Well Miles, today in the chat you talked about wanting people who could write some great tutorials, and I am ever so sure that this Malcor fellow would be more than happy to write out the steps needed to take down MacApper...:laugh:

I'm sure that would be on the front page of Digg :)

I talked to Andreas (designer/maintainer of Glenn's site) a few days ago. Apparently, this guy can't remove or modify files. All he can do is add (and therefor replace, I suppose) dropbox style.

A part of me feels like it's appropriate to write a post beforehand alerting readers to view what's coming up in a comedic light. Anyone else agree?

I agree...I just did a rather harsh bit on RealPlayer...def not fanboy material there!

Ah, just some no name hacker out there trying to get a name for himself. MacApper's articles are syndicated out throughout the web...there's no stopping us now!!!

Countless sites are using Wordpress. Now if only we could make all software secure and bug free, it'd be a better world.

Well we kept it around because we wanted to check it out. I mean we can read HTML, and it's obviously not harmful to keep it around in any way. We can also use it to remind us how l4m3 we are.

For some reason I cannot comment on the Norwegian site posted above. As in...I cannot leave a comment on their site (their closed?). Anyways I'm not sure why people are reading so much into this. We got 0wn3d, we feel lame about it, we fixed it, and we've moved on. End of story.

So I guess we hope that our readers will stay subscribed... And yes we are all Mac Fanbois. For serious.
