Bottom line, who cares? :P
To be honest, I was fine with just SoHo around. They added 5th Ave, which overdid it a bit, but it was still fine (5th Ave is actually easier to get to from home, while SoHo is easier to get to from school, so it works out). And now they're adding the one on 14th.
It's definitely not a location I'll be visiting. Hell, I'm even hesitant on going to the opening. Is it a good location? Sure. Sadly I don't live near 14th Street, therefor this location will be of no use to me. The meatpacking district is being built up really nicely though, and the store will definitely contribute to the refinement of the neighborhood.
Oh, Apple. If only you built one on the Upper West Side :(. Sadly, there are no locations up here to build any (and it's not nearly trendy enough).
Anyway, if I do end up going, I'll be happy to post an article up here (or something) with coverage.
