cannot empty trash after upgrade to 10.5.2

Hi
does anyone else have the same problem ?
i did a clean install of leopard and then upgraded to 10.5.2.
installed all my other software.
everything was working fine for about an hour an then a couldn't empty my trash anymore.

does anyone know how to solve this ?

What file have you seen in the Trash? If you have a weird file named in diagonal "nulnulnul...", you must have a partition Fat32.
Go in that partition and delete .Trash directory or its contents only.

I've been dealing with this issue for a long time. Here's the fix:
restart your computer.
then open the terminal and type :
sudo rm -Rf ~/.Trash/
then enter your password.
after that log out of ur user and log in .
problem solved !
