User Ranks are the colorful badge below your username. Depending on what group you are in, or how many posts you have, your badge may change over time.

Actually all kinds. I would love it if we could get some rich media stuff going: video, audio, etc. In fact this week I will be focusing on throwing in some inline rich media tools into our posting engine.

Actually without spilling the beans (which I am good at) I think you will see some rich media here right away ;)
