Nice pointers here!

How to Present Like Steve Jobs (http://www.bnet.com/2403-13068_23-194984.html).

Comparing a Steve Jobs presentation to most presentations is impossible — he’s in a league all his own. Apple’s chief executive is arguably the most charismatic pitchman in business today. His presentations are brilliant demonstrations of visual storytelling that turn customers, employees, and the entire computer industry into evangelists. ...

I speaks really well.... but he needs to get to the gym so he can at least fill out his shirt a bit. and while I am on the shirt topic he needs to untuck it and actually get a real shirt rather than a semi jumper/t shirt/crew neck. And white sneakers and jeans....well, what can I say about that. And have a shave please. You wouldn't see Bill Gates looking like that!

When I read the article referenced in this thread written by Carmine Gallo I thought it was suspiciously similar to an article about Teh Steve and Presentations from a couple of years ago. So I looked for it:
http://www.businessweek.com/smallbiz/content/apr2006/sb20060406_865110.htm
And lo and behold it was also written by Carmine Gallo and the grand conspiracy theory collapsed...! Still, it has some points that go into greater detail and we all need help so that we can sit through better presentations!

That's all a part of the RDF! It would be a real shocker to see Steve walk out on stage in anything but a black turtle neck and jeans these days...

Well His Steveness is not looking too good these days... I hope his cancer isn't back. He lost a lot of weight in the last five months.

Well it seems that subject has made the rounds of teh Tubez. Here's a Wired article on the legal aspects, When a CEO Coughs, Do Shareholders Catch a Cold? (http://blog.wired.com/business/2008/06/apple-says-stev.html)

Apple CEO Steve Jobs' gaunt appearance at the Worldwide Developer's Conference on Monday prompted a number of prominent bloggers (http://www.alleyinsider.com/2008/5/does_apple_s_steve_jobs_have_cancer_again), with understandable trepidation, to question his health.

We wondered if a CEO's health could be considered "material" -- the sort of information the SEC requires a company to disclose to all shareholders equally. So we asked some lawyers.

The consensus: it probably makes sense to disclose something that will affect a CEO's performance, but there is probably no legal requirement to do so. ...

Some of the comments are worth reading as well and you'll notice that a couple are made by physicians...

I hate giving presentations, but when I do some of the things in that link, it works. There's much in that link for learning. ^_^
