Heh. In Belgium, Orange will apparently sell the iPhone through our Mobistar operator, though Belgian law doesn't allow locked phones, so our best guess is that it'll be an unlocked phone. Hopefully the pricing won't be as bad as it was in France and Germany.

Interesting Peter. Here in Norway if a company offers a phone with a plan the phone also has to be available without (Unlocked). I usually buy my cellphones with a plan . Having said that my last one a HTC I purchased from an internet shop here in Norway.
Maybe the local Apple re-seller will seel it un-locked... We'll have to wait and see
