Veeeeerryy interesting. Plenty of food for thought there. Google is locked into a give-it-away-for-free mode, their GoogleApps are painful to use, and many companies are not happy about hanging corporate documents out there for bots to search.
I do question how the transition from dot Mac, which has only luke warm love, to MobileMe, Microsoft killer, is going to happen.
