Strange fonts in keychain windows

Hi, the texts on keychain popup windows are weird and seems it uses a different or corrupted encoding. All other apps are fine. Please take a look at this screenshot I attached:

I also tried to verify and repair keychain but it shows no error. Do you have any idea how to fix this?
